When you contact us

If you contact us by WhatsApp or email, we use the details you provide (your name, phone number or email address and your message) only to reply and, if we work together, manage the project.

That conversation takes place within WhatsApp or your email provider, third-party services with their own policies. We recommend reviewing them.

We do not use that data for advertising, sell it or share it with anyone.

Your rights

Under Peru's Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection regarding the data you have provided at any time.

To do so, write to us at novterasac@gmail.com and state which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time limits established by the regulations.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may contact the National Authority for Personal Data Protection at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
